Almas Real Estate’s listings site was running on an outdated platform that couldn’t handle their growing portfolio, loaded slowly on mobile, and had never had a proper security review despite collecting buyer inquiries and personal details daily.
We rebuilt the site as a fast, mobile-first property portal with a proper listings database instead of static pages, then ran a full security audit and closed the gaps we found before launch — form handling, data storage, and login access all hardened to the same standard we’d want for our own client data. Ongoing monitoring was set up rather than treating the audit as a one-time task.
Built for a Multi-Agent Team
Agent Self-Service: A proper admin workflow lets each of Almas’s twelve agents update their own listings directly, instead of routing every change through one webmaster.
Portal Syncing: Listings also feed third-party portals like Property Finder and Bayut, so the database migration had to preserve that feed without gaps.
No Downtime, Higher Security
Continuous Uptime: New listings and buyer inquiries arrive daily, so the rebuild had to go live without a downtime window.
Security Baseline: Form handling, data storage, and login access were hardened to the same standard the agency would want for its own client data.
Page load times dropped sharply on mobile, where most of Almas’s traffic actually comes from, and the new inquiry form converts noticeably better than the old one. No security incidents since launch, with monitoring now catching issues before they become one.
